YOU MUST HAVE:

**INCOME 3 TIMES THE RENT**
2 Year EMPLOYMENT History at current Job
2 Year RENTAL History at current residence
No Prior EVICTIONS AND/OR JUDGEMENTS

WE ALSO DO:

• Credit Check/ Background Check when needed. 
• Home Visit* Where you currently reside

WHEN APPLYING PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:

• Proof of Income * Check stubs, social security, CHA RTA. 
• Picture ID
• $50 money order application fee *for credit and background check*
